Ordering

Placing an order is simple. Once you find the item(s) you want to purchase, just click on the “Add to Cart” button on the product description page. You can enter your desired quantity on this page, by changing the pre-set quantity from 1 to your desired quantity.

Once you add your item(s) in your cart, you can view your order on the “View Cart” page.

Here, you can  view all items you have added by reference. More specifically you can view quantities, reference (SKU),  photo, unit price and subtotal per reference. 

You can easily adjust quantities, by typing the new quantity and clicking on the “Update Cart” button.

On the bottom part, you can see how many items you have in your cart, the subtotal and the total amount.

Please note that to be able to view the accurate shipping cost of your order, you have to click on the “calculate shipping link” on this page, before you proceed to checkout.

After you click on this link, the shipping cost is added to your order and you can view it on the view cart page.

If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the appropriate box. If you don't, please leave it blank.

Now, you can click on the "Checkout" button in order to proceed - please check details below, in the Payment section.

Checkout and Payment

On the Checkout page, you can view your billing and shipping details, fill any shipping instructions, and then click on the "Submit my Order" button.

After that, you are redirected to the 2Checkout, our authorized retailer page to complete the checkout process. Here, you have 2 options :

1/ Payment through PayPal.  Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one by visiting the site:

www.paypal.com

In order to checkout with Paypal, you have to click on this button :

2/ Payment by credit card : to pay by credit card, please click on the "Continue Checkout" button "

In both options, your payment information is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, so that you can enjoy a safe shopping experience.

3/ Money orders (by wire transfer) are as well accepted. If you prefer this payment method, please contact us so that we can provide all necessary details and IBAN code.
