Dispatch, Shipping & Returns

 

 Dispatch of your order

 

Your order is shipped the next working day after your payment has been received and cleared, except for the items marked otherwise.

For customized orders, lead time is indicated in our offer to your request. 

After you place your order, you get an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you get an email with the status of your order and a shipping notification with the tracking number.

 

All our items are packed with extra care and delivered with the safest packing, so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

  

 

 Shipping

 

We ship worldwide by Registered Post and FedEx IP (International Priority service) or UPS Express Saver.

 

- For orders over $100, you are entitled to Free Shipping by Registered Post.

- For orders over $400, you are entitled to Free Shipping by FedEx IP (International Priority) or UPS Express Saver.

- For orders between $101 - $400, it's up to you to choose your shipping method (Free Shipment by Registered Post or FedEx IP/UPS at very competitive rates).
 

 

The shipping cost of you order can be viewed after you place your item(s) in your shopping cart, by clicking on the "calculate shipping" link, entering the destination country in the appropriate field of the pop-up window and selecting your preferred method*.

Please update this information after you have placed all your items in your shopping cart, so that you can get the accurate shipping cost of your final order.

 

After your order has been shipped, you get an email with the status of your order and a shipping notification with the tracking number.

 

*For some countries, where inland distribution by Post is impossible or problematic, only FedEx option is available.

   

 

 Transit Time & Tracking or your parcel

 

by Registered Post:

  • European Union*  -     Transit Time **: about 5 working days
  • All other countries -     Transit Time **: about 7-10 working days

 

You can track your parcel on your national post office's web site, using the tracking number provided.

As with all Registered parcels, as soon as your parcel arrives at your local post office, you either get a notification message for the pick up of the parcel, or the parcel is directly delivered to you.

You can track your parcel on the FEDEX site (www.fedex.com) or on the UPS site (www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided.

Your parcel is delivered directly to your address. 

For dispatch to PO boxes and APO with FedEx or UPS, please contact us before you proceed to payment.

 

*European Union countries:

 ** Transit Time :Days in transit time column refer to working days till the arrival to destination country. Customs clearance time is not included.

Buyers of non-EU countries or buyers from countries that have recently joined the EU, might have to pay import duties. Please check with your Customs' Authorities before buying. We are not responsible for such duties.

  

 

Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at CultureTaste. For this reason, our descriptions, measurements and photos are accurate, so that you can have all crucial details before you make your decision.

However, if after you receive your item you are not completely satisfied, we will either do a merchandise for merchandise exchange or a full refund minus the shipping cost.

In order to exchange an item or get a refund, please contact us within 7 days after reception of your item, to arrange details.

All returned items must be in the same condition as received , packed with safety material as when received, and they should be shipped by Registered Post (you should as well e-mail us the tracking number of the shipment).
